Tag & Transit, explained
Two ways we move with you.
We launch with motorcycles, so a couch is never going on the back of a bike. For anything larger than the operative can carry, we switch modes rather than turn the job away.

For an item larger than a bike can carry, the sender arranges their own transport vehicle. Our Data Compliance Officer bikes alongside it as an Escort & Surveillance unit, maintaining a live overwatch feed and a verified chain of custody from collection to the moment it reaches you.
The live-streamed tagging protocol
Four steps, every session.
1
The live feed
The operative's smartphone stays docked in a tactical rig, working purely as a mobile data router. All video comes from a 4K camera mounted on the operative's helmet, so their hands stay completely free.
2
Interactive overwatch
As the operative arrives, you watch the live stream in real time. A JBC Intelligence Command Centre operator facilitates the feed, so you can ask for specific things, like having an item turned around for a closer look, without the operative ever needing to touch a phone.
3
Dedicated biometric hardware
Identity is locked with a rugged, plug-in USB fingerprint reader connected to the mobile device, giving forensic-grade verification rather than an imprecise phone camera scan.
4
Variable data vault
Verified media and the biometric hash enter an encrypted cloud vault under a time-to-live you agree on beforehand. When it expires with no dispute raised, an automated cryptographic purge wipes it permanently.
The Backup Rule
No meetup happens without guaranteed backup.
This is a hard operational policy, not a suggestion. A session is approved only if it takes place somewhere backup is already guaranteed.
Approved: SAPS station forecourt
Inside or directly outside a South African Police Service station parking lot. The safest possible setting for a handover, by design.
Approved: verified partner coverage
Anywhere confirmed to sit within our partner security API network's response coverage.
